How do we solve problems and make sure that the solutions benefit both the individual and group? This is the main question that we researched during this unit of our STEAM class, Systems, and Models. For this Action Project, our goal was to create a SWOT analysis for a system at our school. A SWOT analysis is a way to figure out the benefits and drawbacks of systems by analyzing both the effects from the system and from outside of it. It stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. For this project, I decided to focus on the school's schedule, as it changed this year, and I have been noticing a lot of pushback from the student body. Thank you for reading!
